Closing Thoughts
Over the course of six weeks we were able to entirely rearchitect and redesign the User Portal from the ground up. With the implementation of current feature improvements and the introduction of new strategic features, we were able to deliver an experience that allowed users to have more visibility on membership offers and push incentives on purchasing decisions to increase AOV, decrease CAC, and reduce churn – all while delivering new insights and learnings through survey introductions for Portal v2.
